Delete Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Helpora account and its associated personal data from this page.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, address, profile photo, KYC identity documents, provider business details, and message/chat preview data are permanently removed. Login credentials and two-factor secrets are destroyed immediately once the retention window below ends.
What is retained, and for how long
- Days 0–30: we hold your request open for 30 days specifically so you can change your mind. You can cancel the request at any time during this window using the form below — you do not need to sign in, since a pending deletion blocks sign-in until it is cancelled. If you don’t cancel it, we proceed with deletion.
- Day 30: your personal data (listed above) is permanently scrubbed. Records that other people rely on — past bookings, payment/transaction history, and reviews — are kept for a further period to allow payment disputes to be resolved and for accounting purposes, but no longer show your name or contact details.
- Day 120 (90 days after day 30): remaining account metadata (service area, provider ranking state) is removed as well, completing the deletion.
How to request deletion
Requesting deletion requires confirming your Helpora account password (and your two-factor code, if enabled), so you need to be signed in to submit the request below. If you are not currently signed in, the form will prompt you to sign in first, then you can return to this page to submit the request.
Changed your mind?
If you already requested deletion and are within the 30-day window, confirm your account password below to cancel it. This works even if you are signed out on this device or can’t sign in — a pending deletion blocks sign-in until it is cancelled, so this form checks your credentials directly instead.
