We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, profile details, service information, uploaded verification documents, booking details, contact form messages, and technical usage data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, verify providers, display service listings, connect customers with providers, respond to inquiries, improve our services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Provider Verification

Service providers may be asked to provide identity, business, or supporting documents. Helpora may manually review submitted information and provider activity to protect customers and the platform.

5. Payments

Helpora may collect platform-related payments such as subscription, listing, or access fees. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Helpora does not hold customer funds for providers, operate wallets, or provide escrow services.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings or via our account deletion page. Once requested, we hold the request open for 30 days so you can change your mind; if you don't cancel it, we proceed with deletion, and your personal data (name, email, phone number, address, profile photo, KYC documents, provider business details) is permanently scrubbed. Records that other people rely on — past bookings, payment history, and reviews — are kept for a further period to allow payment disputes to be resolved and for accounting purposes, but no longer show your name or contact details once your data is scrubbed. 7. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with customers, providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, and verification support services where needed to operate the platform. We do not sell personal information.
